team of Legal experts that was selected by the International
Telecommunications Union
(ITU) to draft the ITU Constitution and
Convention from 1986 – 1988. The two draft documents were
adopted by the ITU at its plenipotentiary
Conference in Nice-France in June 1989.
| Appointment by the Zambian Government to work on the
Zambian Cellular Radio Telephone Project.
The project that was financed by the United
States Agency for International Development (USAID).
| Member and Legal Advisor to the Kenya National Committee
on World Administrative Radio Conference
WARC-85.
| Our Managing Partner, Mr. Nyamodi Ochieng
Nyamogo, has been appointed delegate and legal advisor
to the Kenyan Government Delegation in many
international assignments, e.g. the U.N. Legal Sub-
Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space in New
York, U.S.A, in 1986 and Vienna Austria in 1984,
WARC-85 conference in Geneva Switzerland, and
various ITU, PATU, and RASCOM delegations,
meetings, projects, and conventions.
| Our Managing Partner was also the ITU legal expert during
the preparation of THE AFRICAN GREEN
PAPER – a telecommunication policy document,
similar to the “European Green Paper” and the “American
Blue Book”.
