A. Commercial / Conveyancing Department:
   
    This Department operates 2 divisions:
    1. Conveyancing: This division deals with all aspects of
        conveyancing including transfer of land, leases, charges,
        mortgages, sub divisions, changes of user, conveyances,   
        reconveyances, discharge of charges, caveats, cautions,   
        extensions of Government leases, licences, powers of 
        attorney, prohibitions, rectification of titles, rights of access,
        sale of land, sub division, establishment of trusts relating to  
        land, wills, applying and obtaining the various consents
        required by law, paying land rent and rates on behalf of
        clients and advising our clients generally on matters of
        Land Law.

    2. Commercial: This division deals with private equity funds,
        investment transactions, incorporation of companies, making  
        foreign companies locally compliant, preparing and filling
        directors and shareholders resolutions, attending to changes
        in the Memorandum and Articles of Association, company secretarial responsibilities, preparation of
        sale agreements, preparation of all manner of commercial agreements including, sale of business,
        leasing contracts, appointment and liasing with receivers and managers of companies, preparation of   
        Trust Deeds and Rules of pension and provident funds, preparation of debentures, chattels mortgages,
        realization of securities, rendering advice on matters related to labour laws and handling all matters
        of corporate law.
       
B. Litigation:

        This department offers a full litigation service in all areas of Kenyan law except matrimonial disputes.
        The matters handled by this department include, without limitation, recoveries and debt – collection,
        professional negligence, marine claims, general negligence, insurance claims, bank litigation,
        mortgage realization, arbitrations, criminal and civil litigation.
